Not at all. Those are our home bases for on-site work, but a large share of our clients are fully remote, including teams in Ontario. If your business runs in the cloud, we can support you anywhere in Canada.

What does “starting at” pricing mean? +

Our plans are priced per user, per month, and the listed price is the starting point. Your exact quote depends on the number of users, devices, and the services you choose, and we confirm it on a quick call.

What are OpenClaw and Hermes? +

They’re our private AI offerings. Hermes is an AI agent that acts as your company’s internal brain; OpenClaw is a secure AI workspace for your team. Both are deployed in your environment with access controls you own, and are fully managed by us.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person or team? +

Absolutely. We co-manage IT for plenty of clients, backing up an internal admin with tools, security, and senior expertise.

How fast do you respond? +

Response targets depend on your plan and the severity of the issue, and urgent problems go to the front of the queue. We put clear response targets in writing in your agreement.

Do we have to switch everything at once? +

No. We start with a discovery and assessment, then onboard in a planned, low-drama way. Most clients are surprised how smooth the transition is.
